The endowment fund ensures the long-term financial stability of the PGSO. Thanks to the recent 50th Anniversary Legacy Campaign, the PGSO endowment has grown to over $1,000,000.
Capital gifts to the PGSO are used for the purchase and maintenance of high-quality instruments such as the recent acquisition of a Concert Harp.
Operating Gifts support educational and outreach programs particularly for our youth, including the Prince George Symphony Youth Orchestra and the Orchestra North Summer Program, and enable the orchestra to attract and retain top musical talent
