Help support the ongoing maintenance and further development of the Knox Performance Centre along with the programs and services of Trinity United Church in Prince George. For over 100 years Knox/Trinity United Church has played a key role in supporting the arts, local performances, and providing health and wellness assistance to those in need.
The Knox Legacy Fund was established in 2025, by Trinity United Church, Prince George, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the United Church of Canada. In 1925, members of the Methodist Church (Canada), the Presbyterian Church in Canada, and the Congregational Church agreed to a “Basis of Union” and became the United Church of Canada.
Knox Presbyterian Church was established at the corner of 5th Avenue and Brunswick Street, Prince George in 1922 and that church is now the Heritage Hall of the Knox Performing Arts Centre. In 1955, construction began on a new Knox United Church on the same site. That building is now the main venue of the Knox Performance Centre.
